A luxurious semi-detached ground floor apartment suite opening on to very private gardens. Sleeps two. Spacious, (68sqm.) very comfortable and truly relaxing. Perfect for those seeking to escape the rigours of everyday life and unwind in comfort.

The centrally-heated lounge, furnished with oversize sofas and easy chairs, has a large flat-screen TV and complimentary wireless internet. Patio doors open on to the south-facing private terrace which leads to the well-maintained and secluded private garden overlooking the Eden Water and countryside beyond. Perfect for al-fresco dining.

Guests have use of the laundry, sports gear drying facilities rod and cycle storage. Bed linen and towels supplied. Secure parking. Whilst the apartment has been designed as a luxury bolthole for two, sleeping arrangements are flexible inasmuch as one of the oversize sofas in the lounge can, subject to a small surcharge, be used a single bed thus accommodating up to three guests. The apartment is not suitable for those who require a wheelchair. No smoking permitted. Pets by arrangement.

With a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue in the garden guests can enjoy their meals inside or al fresco.  For those wishing to eat at a bistro, pub or restaurant, Kelso is only two miles away.

For guests wishing to stay for more than one week the price for additional continuous weeks is £325.00 per week. All tenants are required complete a reservation contract, details of which will be sent upon enquiry.

These self-catering rates rates apply from March 2021 until end March 2022 excepting Christmas and New Year when the minimum stay is for three nights and all prices are increased by 20%.

All lets based on arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am on the relevant days. Terms and conditions supplied on enquiry. No smoking. Pets by arrangement.
