The centrally-heated lounge, furnished with oversize sofas and easy chairs, has a large flat-screen TV and complimentary wireless internet. Patio doors open on to the south-facing private terrace which leads to the well-maintained and secluded private garden overlooking the Eden Water and countryside beyond. Perfect for al-fresco dining.
Guests have use of the laundry, sports gear drying facilities and rod and cycle storage. Bed linen and towels supplied. Secure parking. Whilst the apartment has been designed as a luxury bolthole for two, sleeping arrangements are flexible inasmuch as one of the oversize sofas in the lounge can, subject to a small surcharge, be used a single bed thus accommodating up to three guests. The apartment is not suitable for those who require a wheelchair. No smoking permitted and no pets.
With a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue in the garden guests can enjoy their meals inside or al fresco. For those wishing to eat at a bistro, pub or restaurant, Kelso is only two miles away or you may choose to enjoy a ‘plat du jour’ at Edenwater House.
